BAMBOO SALT PREMIER DRINK

Hai-O bamboo salt uses 100% organic sun-dried salt as its raw material. This natural salt is made of energy seawater generated by the vast underground ore cluster at Yeonpyeong Island and Hyeongjun Peninsular, West Coast of Korea. The natural salt is poured into a 3-year old bamboo tube and sealed by unpolluted yellow clay. Sealed bamboo tube will be incinerated in kiln with pine firewood to melt and harden the natural salt into a column. Harmful materials such as heavy metals or impurities will be neutralized and removed after the burning process. However, the salt is enriched by essence of pine woods (such as turpentine and pine oil) and bamboo (200 types of essential trace elements) with inorganic metal ions such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper, iron and zinc which are essential for human body.

Goooood Noon everyone, Assalamualaikum

Awaiting for the lunch hour? For those fasting, blanking out what to do during your lunch hour...Here are some healthy tips for the working Muslim soul during Ramadan from which I have found online (www.
workingmuslim.com).

  • How do I stay focused at work while I am fasting?

Obviously, you can’t have your usual cup of coffee in the morning, or drink of water to keep you hydrated, so what do you do?
Research shows that concentration lasts for about 40-50 minutes and after that a short break is required. If you feel your energy is flagging then try going to the bathroom and washing your face. During the lunch hour, take a short walk outside and raise your oxygen levels. If you are able to, briefly walk around the office every hour for a few minutes. Try and make sure that you are in a space where there is good ventilation so that you have maximum oxygen within your body. Be mindful of why you are fasting, be in the moment now and your focus will increase.

  • Dealing with having to work in Ramadan

If you have Muslim colleagues at your workplace try and meet up with them during lunch or use the time to get away from your workplace where others may be eating. Maximise the time spent travelling to work and increase worship or prepare yourself for the day ahead. A lot of this is to do with mindset and if one approaches Ramadan with a positive attitude one will be able to both work effectively and enjoy Ramadan.

  • What to do at lunch time?
See if you can negotiate a shorter lunch hour, perhaps 30 minutes instead of the usual 1 hour. Plan what you will do with your time. Some of it will be spent praying, the rest of the time can either be spent in further worship e.g. reading Qur’an. If you need to and you can, try taking a rest. See if you can find a quiet space in which to close your eyes for a few minutes and take a power nap
  • Flagging energy mid afternoon.
The late afternoon is always the hardest part of the fast. This is when the rumbles of the stomach become more persistent, nerves start to wear and time slows. A short nap or a short walk can help boost energy levels. The key is also to plan the tasks that you enjoy the most around this time so you have something that will keep you occupied and take your mind off fasting.

There are more fruitful information on the link above. Go check it out. Have a great lunch hour, my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters.

At this time, I'm still blogging maklumlah tak keje for the week. Finished 1 batch (10rolls) of Tapak Kuda for customer who is picking 'em up on Friday. Later today, continue with my Tapak Kuda Nutella for the next customer. Thank you Heiraz Baking Academy for the wonderful and fun lessons of iBLP.

Alhamdullillah, rezeki datang dgn keizinanNya. I thank Him for giving me the patience and tolerance of a never give up attitude and always keeping my windows of opportunity open. No matter how hard He planned it all out for me but I will keep going and 2 doors will open when 1 door tries to shut me out.

Well, enough of the melodrama lah Lynn! Mari kita Happy!

In this site, I will share some information on health, food and beauty. BEAUTY! Who don't like to be Vain? You!? Please eh, stop it eh.. don't deny it. Everyone wants to look good, feel good and stay in good health.

First and foremost, our face! How do we take care of our face? 6 step morning and night regime? Water and soap? Or do nothing at all??!!

This is my tip that works wonder (advised from my ex dermatologist boss)

MORNING:-
  1. Wash Face with a gentle face cleanser ( no fancy additives eh.. like Marine Essence Beauty Bar)
  2. NEVER WASH OUT THE SOAP OFF YOUR FACE like you washing your clothes, leave a little film of it as a protective barrier. Dry out by patting with soft face towel.
  3. Moisturize with OIL FREE moisturizer ( so many out there.. so no excuse say don't have ah..
  4. Sunblock! ( take the oil free type with minimum SPF 35, like from Avene or La Roche Posay)
  5. Make up and good to go.

If you are working and has make up on, use a wet tissue to wipe off the main areas of face (cheeks and forehead) and reapply sunblock and den powder up. (do this after lunch)

If you do not use make up, skip no.5 but do reapply every 2hrs.
I personally like La Roche Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser for make up removal. You can find it at Guardian Pharmacy. No guarantee on the stock availability. Just know that its a fantastic make up remover.

NIGHTTIME:-

  1. Remove make up first
  2. Repeat step 1 - 3 like the morning regime
  3. Go to sleep.
That's it! Oh ya, please drink lots of plain water and detox your body once every 2 weeks to remove toxins from your body to avoid acne breakouts. Please do have ample amount of sleep or you end up looking like a zombie..

Picture is for illustration purposes only.

Make this a habit and you will be A-OK!!

Ok lah, Assalamualaikum uolls! May peace be upon you..
